Setup of Critical Accounts
Upon signing up, we will have a conference call with your support team for introductions and laying out the steps in getting your franchise up and running.
Your 1 Percent Lists email is your lifeline for corporate communications and access to corporate tools and services. Upon creation, we recommend forwarding your existing email to your new 1 Percent Lists as not to miss anything.
In setting up your email, you should also create your email signature within your states guidelines.
You will want to insure that the your have the correct name and DBA registered with your Secretary of State. Your DBA should be setup EXACTLY as your marketing using the same Name, Address and Phone Number for all advertising.
You will need to setup a local Chase account for your franchise with "read only" access granted to 1 Percent Lists.
You will need to setup your new business with your State Board of REALTORS. In some instances you can change the name, some will require a new brokerage. Be sure to include your DBA with the state Board of Realtors.
This should include your E&O Insurance for your new brokerage
You will want to have your new brokerage setup with your local board of REALTORS and your local MLS. In some areas, these are one entity and in others they may be seperate.
Every board and MLS functions differently so you may be required to create a new brokerage or you may be able to simply change the name of your existing brokerage.
You will want to setup your Accounting your admin staff and 1 Percent Lists Accounting. The main contact for accounting is Charles Renwick.
Getting your website live and your Google Ads running is critical to launching your new franchise. You will want to setup a call with our digital marketing team as soon as you are fully setup with your state and local REALTOR boards (and MLS).
In addition to digital marketing, there are many other aspects of getting your new 1 Percent Lists franchise out to the public.

Digital Marketing Setup
You will want to setup new social media accounts using the EXACT name, address and phone number (NAP) as your new franchise. In some instances, you may be able to change the name and information on existing accounts. This is only advisable if you already have many contacts/followers.
This may include Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and others.
Be sure to add your 1 Percent Lists logo, videos and link to new website.
To get your website live and digital marketing started, you will want to complete the Digital Marketing Onboarding Form. At this point, you should be setup with the state and local REALTOR boards.

Upon access to the MLS for IDX listings and final approval by you, we will launch your new 1 Percent Website.
Although sharing the new website on social media is advised, to obtain the traffic, branding and leads to be successful, you will want to implement Digital Marketing.

To start your Digital Marketing we will need some basic information including:
- invoice to be created and paid
- 4 areas you would like to target
- access to Facebook Business Page
- credit card for payments to Google and Facebook
Upon signing up for our digital marketing, we will setup and verify your new Google Business Profile. This will require a postcard being mailed to the address provided (same address as registered).
In addition, we will create 40+ citation accounts on your behalf. These are accounts such as Yelp, Four Square, YellowPages, etc. These accounts show that your new Google Business Profile is legitimate and help with ranking on Google.
*NOTE - our marketing package does not include Search Engine Optimization on your Google Business Profile or your website. Those and other digital marketing options are available upon request.
To assist with the funding of your Digital Marketing, we have created a RESPA safe process that lets you sell advertising on your website to local lenders, title companies, etc.
The billing of the vendor is facilitated through 1 Percent Lists Franchises and you then receive a check for the charged amount. Vendors have multiple options for advertising starting at $250 going up to a cumulative amount of $1,500.
