Absolutely not. Other Realtors are paid at or slightly above the normal commission to bring their buyers to our listings. As long as they are fairly compensated there is never an issue.
2.5% is the average but it can change depending on the market and value of the property.
Almost always 3% to 4% total for both agents but some clients offer buyer agents bonuses to sell faster at their discretion.
Wanna sell your home faster? One effective way is offer more commission than other competing homes in your price range. Think fishing with better bait. You still save money compared to 6% and your home can move a lot quicker if priced properly.
We are a locally owned, extremely efficient, modern company. We don’t waste money on brick and mortar offices or other unnecessary things. If it isn’t required for us to do business and help our clients sell faster, we don’t waste money on it!

No, that’s why you hire us! We are FULL SERVICE we handle everything from listing to closing. You will be responsible for keeping your property ready to show but that’s it we do the rest.
Absolutely! We sell more homes than anyone which means we are generally more “in touch” with the market than other agents who don’t list very many homes.
Unlike many agents we won’t make a promise that we don’t have the power to keep. We can give you good idea with a comparative market analysis but we would rather under promise and over deliver.

Social media is the fastest growing market for selling ANYTHING. As of 2019 around 15% of all home sales originate on social media. We can identify and track buyers. We can put targeted video ads for your listing in front of active buyers. We have very sophisticated systems in place to maximize your exposure on social media.
You’d be shocked and unlike putting something on the MLS or Zillow you can do a very poor job at it. Quality social media marketing is a highly technical skill that most agents simply can’t fathom.
Open houses and print media now account for 2% of all home sales COMBINED. Countless studies show no matter the age of the buyer they do not shop that way anymore. If we HAD to offer that service it would add almost NO value to our clients and we would have to increase our fees substantially.
